We are looking an enthusiastic and experienced medical receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Meet and greet patients on arrival

• Manage consulting sessions including: booking appointments, following up results, reports, and correspondence

• Attending to incoming calls, efaxes, and emails

• Manage invoicing, and receipting

• Liaising with GP’s, Specialists and other health care professionals

• Maintaining accurate patient records using HealthTrack

• Completion of end of day banking, batching, and reconciliations.

• Applying ECG/ Fitting Holter/ Blood Pressure monitors

• Any other administration tasks as requested by Management 

Essential Skills:

• Medical reception/administration experience highly regarded

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Ability to work autonomously in addition to working as part of a team

• Excellent time management

• Ability to always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Ability to travel between sites when required.
